Refund Policy

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date for any subscription plan or credit top-up purchase, for any reason — including simply changing your mind.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or email us at support@mushirai.com and we will help you through it.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually takes a few business days to show the credit. Once a refund is issued, the related plan access and any unused credits from that purchase are removed from your account.

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future billing and you keep access to your plan and its credits until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your projects stay accessible on the free plan afterwards.
