New users get a compelling empty state with feature highlights and a clear path to creating their first venture.

On wide screens, chat messages no longer stretch across the entire viewport. They're now constrained to a comfortable 768px max-width — the same sweet spot used by ChatGPT and Claude.

Every assistant message now shows the MushirAI logo avatar and name, making it clear who's speaking. User messages use a primary-colored bubble that pops on both light and dark themes.

The empty state now features an animated greeting with numbered quick-start buttons and feature badges (24 AI specialists, 100+ languages, real deliverables).

We've completely reworked the dark mode palette. Pure white text (#fff) on deep black has been replaced with softer tones — foreground at 87.5% lightness instead of 98.4%, background with reduced blue chroma.

The result is a matt finish that feels premium rather than flashy. Text is easy to read for extended sessions without the harsh glow effect of high-contrast dark themes.

This follows the design philosophy of tools like Linear, Raycast, and Arc — prioritising comfort over maximum contrast.

We've added keyboard shortcuts to the workspace so you can navigate without reaching for the mouse:

⌘+1 (or Ctrl+1) — Switch to Chat view. ⌘+2 — Switch to Journey view. ⌘+3 — Switch to Library view. ⌘+/ — Focus the chat input (switches to Chat if needed). ⌘+K — Open global search across all ventures, chats, and documents.

These work from anywhere in the workspace (except when you're typing in an input field). They're designed for founders who live in the keyboard — no more clicking through tabs.
